An individualized approach to your mental health
Dr. Chelsea Angelocci, DO
Dr. Angelocci is a board-certified psychiatrist, a dedicated mother of two, a loving wife, and a lifelong learner. Licensed in the state of Texas, Dr. Angelocci offers both in-person and telemedicine options for her patients. Her journey into integrative medicine began as she sought additional tools to better serve her patients and meet the growing need for more holistic care in mental health. While traditional psychiatric methods remain invaluable, she found they often overlooked key aspects of overall well-being—especially the powerful connection between the mind and body.
Driven to treat the whole person, Dr. Angelocci completed a one-year fellowship in Integrative Psychiatry through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute. She combines conventional psychiatry with evidence-based integrative approaches, including lifestyle modifications, targeted supplementation, and comprehensive lab testing. This allows her to identify and address the root causes of mental health challenges—whether they stem from nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalances, chronic inflammation, metabolic dysfunction, gut issues, unresolved trauma, or deeper psychological patterns.
A core element of Dr. Angelocci’s practice is the ability to spend more time with her patients. She understands that meaningful healing takes time, trust, and a strong therapeutic relationship. This whole-person philosophy inspired her to create Centered—a space where mental health is approached with deep care, personalized attention, and a commitment to helping patients achieve lasting balance, resilience, and vitality.
